NCUR19@ATL – April 11-13, 2019
Engage. Explore. Experience. Kennesaw State University
Welcome to NCUR
Each year, thousands of undergraduate researchers from all over the U.S. participate in the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. NCUR, the largest conference dedicated to undergraduate research in the world, features scholarly and creative works from some of the nation’s best and brightest.
Kennesaw State University welcomes more than 4,500 conference attendees – the first time that this event has been held in the state of Georgia and the largest event in NCUR’s 33-year history.
Here’s everything you’ll need to know about NCUR 2019.
We’re glad you are here!
Registration check-in will be your first stop when you arrive at NCUR 2019 on the Kennesaw State University campus. You can find the Carmichael Student Center on the event map, or look for the 14-foot banners next to many of the buildings where NCUR events are offered.
If you are a KSU student but not registered for the conference, you are still encouraged to participate in the conference. The only part of the conference reserved for attendees is the food.
Projects and Presentations
Each day, a plenary event will bring together all participants of NCUR 2019 at the Convocation Center. The plenary speakers include Dr. Alistair Dove, Vice President for Research and Conservation at the Georgia Aquarium; Dr. Valerie Montgomery Rice, President and Dean at the Morehouse School of Medicine; and Mr. K.C. Martin, Principal Program Manager of Plans & Roadmaps for Advanced Development Programs - the Skunk Works® - Mobility Directorate at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.
